1. Introduction

A. This License Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to the Korlex E-Dictionary (the "Dictionary"). This Agreement does not apply to any other products or services of Korlex Software (the "Korlex"). The "Licensee" is any person or institution that completes the download process of the Dictionary.

B. By downloading the Dictionary you confirm to agree to the terms, disclaimers, and limitations of this Agreement. If at any time you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, you should immediately end your use of the Dictionary. Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees that Korlex is not responsible for the results of their decisions resulting from the use of the Dictionary.

C. Every effort has been made to ensure that the content available through the Dictionary is accurate, up-to-date, and complete, but no guarantee is made to that effect.

Licensee shall not reproduce, distribute, or sell, rent or lease copies of content available through the Dictionary, directly or indirectly.

A. There is no warranty for data. Dictionary is provided "as is" without expressed or implied warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

B. In no event will Korlex be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss of business, or down time, even if Korlex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

A. The Licensee assumes all risk for selection and use of the Dictionary and content provided thereon, subject to the representation in Section 3 A, above. Korlex shell not be responsible for any errors, misstatements, inaccuracies or omissions regarding content delivered through the Dictionary.

B. The Licensee acknowledges that Korlex: (1) has no control of or responsibility for the Licensee's use of the Dictionary or content provided thereon, (2) has no knowledge of the specific or unique circumstances under which the Dictionary or content provided thereon may be used by the Licensee, (3) undertakes no obligation to supplement or update content of the Dictionary.

C. Subject to the representations and warranties in Section 3 A, above, Korlex shall not be liable to any person (including but not limited to the Licensee), and the Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Korlex harmless from any claims, lawsuits, proceedings, costs, attorneys' fees, damages or other losses arising out or relating to the Licensee's use of the Dictionary or content provided thereon, including but not limited to service liability.
